Xue Ning obtained a Master of Laws Degree from the National University of Singapore in 2004 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the China University of Polictical Science and Law in 2001.

Prior to joining Ella Cheong (Hong Kong and Beijing), Xue Ning worked at the associated firm Ella Cheong Spruson & Ferguson (Singapore and Malaysia) where she participated in a wide range of intellectual property matters, concerning both Singapore and international issues. Her working experience in intellectual property mainly includes drafting and prosecution of Singapore and international trademark and design applications, trademark oppositions, as well as infringement matters relating to the Southeast Asian regions. In addition, Xue Ning has 2 years’ working experience in the field of International Economics Laws in China.

Xue Ning’s working languages are English and Chinese.
