Vincent Oey received his Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering and Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 2003 and 2006 respectively.  He currently focuses on prosecuting China patent applications and is also assisting in drafting original patent applications for Information and Communications Technologies, as well as electrical and mechanical innovations.

His experience in intellectual property matters also involves patentability searches, infringement searches, translation, and coordinating with associates to handle patent applications in various Asian countries.

Vincent has worked as an engineer with a global provider of semiconductor assembly, test and package design services.

His working languages are English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
