Andy Yang received his Masters in Law of Nations degree from the China University of Political Science and Law, after a Bachelor of Arts degree in foreign language from the Beijing Normal University.

In the past 10 years Andy was with major China firms specializing in intellectual property matters.  He has extensive experience in trademark applications, infringements, oppositions, disputes and reviews.  He has worked closely not only with China clients but also with many major international and multinational clients.  Andy has handled numerous infringement cases, including criminal ones where the defendants were convicted.  From 2001 to 2003, he was involved in campaigns against counterfeiters in Southern China, the value of which exceeded US$2.5 million. Andy has also represented various enterprises or individuals in hearings before CTMO and/or TRAB.

Andy’s working languages are English and Chinese.
