
Amy LEE
Amy Lee earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London in 2001 and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2003. She has been a solicitor in Hong Kong since 2005.
Her experience in intellectual property matters includes 7 years in a prestigious law firm handling trademark and design prosecution in Hong Kong and elsewhere. Apart from intellectual property, Amy also received 2 years' legal training covering civil litigation, commercial and company secretarial, probate and administration and matrimonial practice.
Amy now focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement in China, Hong Kong and Macau. She also advises on commercial aspects of intellectual property, including company incorporation.
Amy's working languages are English, Chinese and Cantonese.
